Terms & cancellation.

1. Individual consultation

The individual consultation is a 60-minute online session priced at $115 CAD, taxes included ($115 CAD for a customer in Quebec: $100.02 before tax, $5.00 GST and $9.98 QST). No payment processing surcharge is charged to the customer. The appointment is selected through the booking calendar and confirmed after the required payment.

2. Booking and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe as part of the booking flow. The key service information, including the service, price, currency and applicable terms, is presented before the transaction is completed.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting robert@terrainaction.ca. When a request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment, we aim to provide a rescheduling option or refund, as applicable. For requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment, a refund may not be available, except where required by applicable law.

If Terrain Action must cancel or reschedule a consultation, we will contact you to offer another time or a refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances.

4. Professional services

Assessments, interventions and partnerships are defined according to the context, scope and objectives of the engagement. The applicable scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are confirmed with the client before the engagement begins.

5. Nature of the service

Terrain Action provides an external perspective, analysis, recommendations and support tools in the field of football. Recommendations do not guarantee sporting results, selection, recruitment, contracts or performance outcomes.

6. Information provided by the client

The client remains responsible for the information, documents and links they provide and must have the necessary rights to share them with Terrain Action. Please avoid sharing third-party personal information that is not necessary for your request.

7. Mandatory legal rights

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law. For questions about a booking, cancellation or payment, contact robert@terrainaction.ca.
